The restaurant serves hearty English breakfasts from 7.45am to 9.30am (except for Sundays, when it’s slightly later) and dinner is served from 6.00pm. The kitchen team produces tempting dishes based on local, national and international cuisine, the emphasis being on the use of locally produced fresh food. The Old Sawmill has been completely restored to provide a fully equipped fitness facility (“Emperors”) within the hotel grounds.
